Shipping, Returns, Refunds Policy

  • Orders will be shipped in 2-6days on an average. Kindly note, every product is made to order, hence, the shipping times may vary. 

 

  • Designs are shown exactly how they are, and I do my best to offer color accurate photography of the designs. Please be mindful that color calibrations often vary between devices. You are advised to view the designs on different devices (laptop, different phones, etc.) if you're unsure.

 

  • If the product is damaged or undelivered, you can e-mail (info.goingacross@gmail.com) and we'll issue you a refund after investigation.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs, by writing an email to info.goingacross@gmail.com
  • Orders can be returned within 14days, by writing an email to  info.goingacross@gmail.com

 

  • Deliveries are always the customer's responsibility, to receive the package, and if missed, it's their responsibility to follow the carrier's instructions to fetch the package.

  • Any applicable customs taxes and duties are not included in the checkout. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The customs agency or the shipping company notifies the recipient to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, taxes or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned. Provided that the product is in its original condition, the cost of your purchase will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstances, will the documents be falsified.
