This includes all purchases, and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item does not grant the customer permission to reproduce the products or designs or phrases or artworks, into anything, including but not limited to, apparels, paintings, artworks, NFT, print or any other form and distribute in any way, by means for profit, non-profit and/or otherwise. No exceptions absolutely.
- The designs, artworks, phrases shall not be reproduced, in any way, without express written permission from the artist.
- Posting images of the purchased products, in good faith, on social media, is always welcomed and does not breach this clause.
- All images displayed on the website remain the sole property of the artist, and cannot be used without expressed permission, for personal, commercial, profit, non-profit and/or otherwise purposes.
- The artist, Manharleen & Going Across are entitled to a revenue of 15% on any further resale.
